Held October 4th, 1980 at the Opera House in Sydney, Australia. This is the contest in which Arnold made his "comeback" after five years of retirement, and gained his seventh Mr. Olympia title. Includes some prejudging footage plus the evening show posing routines and final award to Arnold. The most controversial and the most popular Mr. Olympia DVD of all time! Strictly a hard core contest DVD showing all competitors, and quite different to the DVD called "The Comeback". This DVD is now unavailable. My very special thanks to contest promoter PAUL GRAHAM for bringing this wonderful Olympia event to Australia and for allowing me to shoot the film of the event for posterity. For this, all fans of bodybuilding will be eternally grateful. Our 2 disc DVD set is a digitally remastered film to DVD transfer, with some music added in places. Mostly some live soundtrack can be heard in the background, with special comments from Wayne Gallasch who filmed this historic contest on super 8 film. Being that the contest was shot 31 years ago on 8mm film, the best technology available to Wayne at the time, this is an historic DVD and not meant to be a state of the art, modern day video production - such as those now shot on HD video. This is very rare footage of an incredible event, not available anywhere else. Please regard it as a true collector's item and enjoy it for what it is.
