John Citrone - Bodybuilder Profile

Height 5'4" In a career spanning more than half a century Joh Citrone can truly be called the father of bodybuilding in the United Kingdom. He has won every single conceivable title he could have won during his career under the NABBA banner. Today (2011) John is in his sixties, holding the world record for the bodybuilder who has competed for the longest time, a career extending over 50 years. In this respect he holds a unique record. Mr Britain titles in all three age categories, junior, senior and masters, besides eight Mr Universe titles, two Mr. World titles, and these honours must be added the British bench press title and his exceptional performance as a strong man.
